This is a company that ALREADY IS DEAD.
It could come back some day
That's the clear picture on where the company is today.

I guess the gist of that quote is it could be dead but it may not be.
I have no idea whats going on with the company. Probably why is Utah avoids me like the plague. The only thing I want is financial help. Not easy living in a foreign land unable to work. I could have abandoned my family and treasure hunting and this way of life two years ago. Why I didn’t was no one told me two years would pass by without any movement on the contract. Nobody told me no more divisions would be handed out for five years now. Had I known that I could have planned my escape much earlier.
That’s not identical to the companies woes? They didn’t know there would be no more contracts or divisions. The first time contract should have at least been renewed one more time. Or a phase out period or some sort of warning. But Nothing! Had the company known about a five year period of non-divisions it to could have planned a better escape. The first division may have even been a tease. Maybe at that point it was decided to let the companies continue diving and recovering treasure only to be denied the treasure and a new contract later. DBM wouldn’t of had a clue about a plan like that. But because the boats were operating and treasure was being recovered and more treasure meant a better division. then every effort by the company to go forward should have been or at least tried to have been met. Meaning private investors, selling of stock, borrowing on the recovered treasure, and speculation of a grand find. (Which was a very real possibility considering what we were bringing up each day.)
So really whos fault is it. How can you use up every financial resource banking on a division and no division came. And It was never: hey guys wait a few years for your division. Nope quite the opposite it was next week and a new contract and division will be coming, then. maybe not, then. yeah this next month, then, no because of our constitution. Then. maybe with paying for the artifacts. to receiving new applications for new contracts. Its been anything but a solid answer.
I really do chuckle when I see some folks asking for company PR’s. About what? The company or its PR’s has nothing to do with me. But if it was me I too would be silent until concrete information is available. Especially when PR’s cost money. I would rather buy a chicken than spend my last few bucks putting out yet another speculative PR about something you cant rely on.
I still live here. I still have not been told its over. And I know more than anybody the snail pace which everything passes down here.
