Congress has already rescinded $2.2 Billion from the two DOJ controlled funds, the President signed it into law...HR1314. I do not know what the funds will be used for and it's not in the law. The funds could legally be used by DOJ to settle law suits.

These are facts.

IMO Amarin is owed a cash settle for the damages related to the FDA's delay of NCE, wrongful NCE, obstruction of Justice with Watson leak, lost sales from Anchor rescindment, toxic financing, lost revenues from lay off of 50% of sales staff, and significant Liabile damages labeling Vascepa as "fish oil" and even "snake oil". JMO
