That's certainly not enough to justify an investment in my opinion.

Telling us he "seems to be optimistic" is too weak for my taste.

In the real world of money management, things happen as a direct result of factual items in evidence.

It's good that you called, I'm not making light of that. But I trust you far more than someone else. lol
