The company has been made aware of the egregious manipulation of CAPC stock!

This puts the Company in a very delicate position alongside with their shareholders.

There is no proof of any wrongdoing just speculation. I don't for one minute think the Company has anything to do with it. If there are FACTs pertaining to an individual or group doing this then those should not be hinted at but put forth to the Board.

If the Company doesn't contact the SEC and lodge a Complaint then the person who submitted the alleged wrongdoing to the Company will probably contact the SEC to Suspend or Halt CAPC till an investigation is completed.

This can happen when Speculation without facts are put forth.

Thanks from this CAPC Shareholder. The above might just be enough to scare shareholders into selling.

The proper way to handle this would have been to submit the Complaint directly to the SEC and not put the Company in the middle of a bad position, and keep it out of the public sight.
