Townie, you simply don't have all the facts.

1)The company has been made aware of the egregious manipulation of CAPC stock!

2) The SEC has not been notified (at least by me) of this apparent illegal activity because to do so could backfire on the company itself.

3) This is because the company has been notified and if they fail to act to correct the situation it could lead to serious questions of (a) Governance and (b)Scienter should it become necessary to bring in the SEC, NASD or other governing bodies at a later date.

4) The SEC receives hundreds of complaints and, as you pointed out, the likelihood of any one penny stock being culled from the plethora of complaints on the ilk for action is minuscule.

5) However, those more familiar with the process also know that there are ways of expediting action without becoming bogged down in the procedure you referenced.

6) Thus, while it is quite feasible to lodge a complaint on this ongoing manipulation of Capstone Companies stock with the SEC, my opinion is that it will be much to the ultimate advantage of shareholders to handle this "in house".

7) Thus no further reference to the procedure for contacting the SEC is necessary.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. - Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860)
