Nobody can afford to sell after the last RS and nobody can see any value at the current pps range, so no buyers either.

There is no interest in ESCU or their 15yo design patent.

There is no "certified asset report", so no way of proving the worth of the asset.

The audit and S-1 filing have not seemed to have helped generate any interest, because investors know that the patent is not worth anything in reality, but is merely a marketing product to make the company look like it has worth.
