If a company does not hear back from the fda 30 day after receiving FDA acceptance of the IND submission paperwork, that company is cleared to start P1 trials. When you write that it is 6mo to 1 year, are you talking about P1 trials? If not and mean getting the IND approved can you tell me where you are getting those figures? The fact that the FDA has had questions for REGEN not just once but looks like 3 times tells you that Ichim and Koos screwed up big time.
