The similarites far out weigh any difference..
No offense, only a fool believes he would be getting his vitamins from a 'diet soda' like beverage..
And, Ginsberg is out.. As is Smith and Ezra.. Yes yes, 'but they have a 10% stake.'
This also means they aren't completely vested in making sure this is a success anymore.. They sold it to Vanis for whatever reason and now just collect 10% whether it is a winner or a loser, no skin of their backs anymore.. A big seling point on this at one point was that the 'Red Bull' guys were so heavily involved, but they aren't anymore..
I ask you this.. If Fizz is going to be so huge, why would Ginsberg and Smith relinquish their ownership? Especially since Smith could incorporate it under his Big Red brand..
