I believe BRANKO is just being conservative....I think if you read between the lines in his very balance article, the $41 to $27 pps target its due to HEAVY shorting and the biotech bubble/ overall market...this is just my opinion and I don't wanna speak on his behalf, but that is my take.

Very wise to take the conservative approach anyway IMHO

Branko is a good man....and is very honest and fair/balanced
