Unfortunately, the nature of the questioning and the asking of the news tests in a certified lab, which Regen did not initially do, dismisses your reasoning outright. Regen's carelessness and ineptitude is what caused this delay. Remember, any company can get the guidance of the FDA prior to submitting. Did Regen do this? Most likely not. Remember, Koos issued a PR about a concall about a year ago (insert-text-here)in regards to this. The FDA guidelines are and were clear. Regen just failed to heed them when submitting because they wanted the news of submission to help lift the stock price. It did but fizzled and since then all other news releases have pretty much done nothing to help the stock and in most cases have hurt it because everyone knows what the joke of a stock this is, especially before when it was Biomatrix.
