I think when was "allowed" by the PTO that started the whole shaaabang with asd...

By the PTO "allowing" the patent it put the ball in our court.

We just not to long ago...filed for a RCE.. again.. after first being allowed by the PTO.. September is what I am looking at..but then what do I know.
