For the reasons you mention, there is no way this scam could ever raise nearly $4 million to pay Series C shareholders. What was it, February or March when they expire? There will be some mighty torqued individuals when that happens. The folks behind this scam need to start dumping pretty soon because when the Series C certs expire, this will collapse very quickly.
