The company would have to raise the A/S by quite a bit in order to redeem the Series C shares for common. Also, such a large issue would be sure to drop the share price down to the trips quickly. wink

Another "buying opportunity" would be the result. big smile

I doubt anyone would voluntarily opt for that result.
