What a shame that prior predictions of FDA approval came and went with out it happening yet again. And the odds are good that it won't ever happen because the morons that run Regen continue to show they have no clue what they are doing. FDA IND approval should never take this long and only does when those submitting have no clue as to what they are doing which is obviously the case.
