You are correct..
I believe the lack of interest is due to the fact that windows has pretty much subsumed all the functionality being offered.

The old safend product is the only thing with any non compete from native windows (at least for now)

From my contacts, their internal IT and engineering has pretty much all left the company. And Solms is pretty much out of options on the financing front.

Keep your eyes open for the next Steven like play. I would be guessing the reverse split should be coming soon, as time is running out to get that process done.
Not sure about that logic as I would think they still fail to meet market cap requirements. But maybe the dates are further out for that..
