Holders (affiliates) of pref shares need to wait 6 months to sell, and then can only sell equal to 1% of the outstanding shares of the company over a 3 month period
So let's say the o/s currently projected at 1.4m post split jumps to 10m, BTW that ain't happening, it's just for this illustration, that's 100,000 shares in a 3 math period
They're effectively locked. They effectively can't be converted in any material way. Your point is moot.
