RXSF Preferred were issued , not bought. what a coincidence, a week or so before the 1-200 Reverse announcement. Guess the Gift shares were also necessary to Naples just before the 1-5 forward, Can have voting shares without conversion feature to common of 1000 to one. "Show me the money" placed inRXSF at Market prices? Looks like they were trying to recoup losses of Biometrx funneled back through Axius as consulting.
