I do think this does increase the odds of a huge result.

One reason I was skeptical of the FDA possibly reinstating SPA or approving Anchor was the time frame. I thought they could never get through the red tape, approvals, and paperwork before Oct 30. PDUFAs take 6-10 months, so to squeeze something like this in in just a couple of months didn't seem realistic.

But now with another month and a half, that seems like more of a possibility. Also the wording of "on or before" has the feel of PDUFA type wording. I think PDUFAs are always described as "on or before".

So I think things are more promising given this delay.
