I write pursuant to Your Honor’s August 10, 2015 Order to update you as to the status
of the parties’ negotiations. We have engaged in and continue to engage in settlement discussions in
hopes of resolving this case, and the parties request that further proceedings be stayed until
December 17, 2015 to continue those discussions. At or before that time, the parties will again file a
letter advising the Court of any updates with regard to next steps.
