absolutely true, all one needs is a credit card to charge or an e check possibly ignored to pay the $30-$300, i don't remember. Obviously an email address and a name and that is about it. gain it is all over the phone, over in minutes.....paperless but with a tiny trail as you mentioned.
But remember to go after somebody and supine said records from the cc company and Godaddy is time consuming and expensive attorney wise and will probably never happen so the risk is probably worth it in their eyes. Is this not the same risk that AF navigates with each hit piece and he is a known entity while these guys are doing the exact same thing secretively.
