No it isn't a good deal for shar3holders, ALL ASSETS ARE GIVEN TO SM,leaving the bank and some holders 3% ownership. Common shareholder get NOTHING, as usual just buying worthless paper with absolutely no assets backing it.

Sure there is an opportunity for Saleen, well for Steve Saleen that is, he gets to remove himself of all debt.
