What myth? It all should look sketchy to anyone who is interested in keeping their money safe.

I'm not against families working together to help each other, but this seems a bit more convoluted than I'm comfortable buying into.

If this was a private offering, I MIGHT, be willing to give them a chance...but on the OTC?
