I took that to mean that there wasn't enough transportation, pipeline or trucking at feasible rates. I believe they have to take significant differentials to get to the market without Keystone and other support. However simply saying we invested too much on something that isn't feasible at today's prices spin's a lot better if you can blame infrastructure.
