The fraud is obvious - it was marketed as a medical device, not for use in electronics. It wouldn't be "hundreds of thousands" to develop for electronics.

Tell me why the SPENT over $3 million on Hyperioin after CH 11, and then sold it for $1 million?

Do you know how many Apple patents use sapphire implantation?

You do know that it was bought by an Apple Equipment supplier.

Despins and Rothschilds misrepresented the sale to the court - in fact they misrepresented more than one sale to the court.
