The chart has a $20 price to sell that's only 2.5 mil share. Not very dilutive and very efficient. Partners know has to give more then $100 mil upfront. Missling a genius. Small price to pay to never use financing but to guarantee higher partner upfront payment. So 289k sh for deal that's nothing Lp make money yet we may make more on a deal.
