IFUS seems desperate to push the fiction that there will be an out-of-court settlement, whereas in reality if its case was a quarter as strong as they pretend they would take it all the way.

While I don't trust any of the players in sleazy scams like this, it's clear to see who has the upper hand with this new narrative.

And it's obviously not Marc Walther.
