but that plus TPS etc. get paid - I think at same time

and TPS gets a bunch as they gave up a huge claim (which still shocks me - and yes many here believe they would not have dropped their potential to sue or appeal or whatever unless SUSSMAN told them they would do just fine this way - in the Escrow (I only hope that stretch in logic has any validity)
