I am a surgical oncologist in the Bay Area. I have been in practice for the past 8 and 1/2 years. Did some research as a fellow at John Wayne Cancer Institute(were UCLA's surgical oncologists). Did not do basic science though. I have always had a belief in immunotherapy since I saw first hand some of the dramatic effects of vaccine treatment for melanoma(just was not a good response rate). Much like TC trader I am fairly young and felt I would give one chance to try and have financial freedom. I have put most of what I had saved into this company. It will hurt if I am wrong but I can make it up. I have always wanted to practice medicine for free, travel and do mission work, but have to have financial freedom to do it. I also would never want to hurt the quality of life for my wife and kids who I love, for my pipe dreams. I love practicing surgery, I hate all of the politics that surrounds it. I will also add I treat a lot of lung, pancreatic, esophageal, and gastric cancer. The reality is in these diseases 80% are inoperable by the time they now what is going on. Surgery is not the answer for these diseases, I pray DCVax is. It is pretty simple to me. Every other treatment out there is not adaptable, therefore there is a limit to its effect. Solid tumor loves to adapt to stay alive. Only DCVax can help the immune system keep up with that adaption. Therefore, as it is improved upon the only limit I see is cure. Nothing else in my eyes allows that with keeping the dignity of those suffering. I see way too much suffering in my job. My wife says I see life through such skewed eyes.

Sorry to go off on a rant, can't help it, part of the reason I don't post too much.

Thanks
