Expressed well, and agree. Joe V. took over after Schissler was gone, out of necessary,since he believes in CBAI. Does not have the qualities of a CEO, but has showed integrity by keeping CBAI afloat and had the courage to seek outside help (Red Oak) to accomplish this.
