Gold Observed at Surface

Staking completed for extraction trenches, gold flakes visible during site inspection
(Las Vegas, Nevada, October, 27th, 2015)

Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. ("CJTF") ("the Company")(PINK SHEETS:CJTF) a junior
mining company in Nevada, announces the following update report.

On Tuesday, October 20th, 2015, the mining claim owners were personally on hand to
supervise and view the staking of the extraction trenches at their Goldfield Basin property.
Due to a recent rainstorm, the earth was soft and damp. Each time a stake was put in the
ground, a boot heel impression was used to mark the stake location. In 30 of the 33 heel
imprints, gold flakes were visible in the sunlight to the naked eye.

Upon further examination with a magnifying glass, fine gold flakes were also visible on
fingertips when the soil at the surface was handled.

"While exploring the site further," says N. Fred Anderson, President of CJTF, "we turned some
rocks over and there, contained in the soil clinging to the undersides, we observed more gold
flakes which were visible to us while unassisted by optics."

"All told it was a day that confirmed what we have been announcing in our previous press
releases: that our 80 acres where we are conducting the 1,000 tons of ore sampling should
produce results similar, if not better, than the previously analyzed data and information from
adjoining mining claims," says Anderson.

CJTF expect to post more results soon from the Goldfield Basin property as they become
available.
