Who knows, hopefully none. The best case scenario here is that they are on the verge of a huge partnership and the partner required some financial security blanket to be put into place. Perhaps AVXL knows they have a huge deal coming and thus didn't want to dilute but was "forced" to put a deal into place for the partner's security. However, I've also been doing this long to know that's in almost all cases not reality.
