OK, silly me for expecting anything less than flat out denial from guys like you. The sad thing is you have no idea what just hit you. If don't realize how this is the absolute worst possible financing for retail longs than you haven't spent much time in biotech. This is a really, really poor way to finance. Company gets to sell to LP whenever they need cash and LP immediately dumps those shares on the market.

This is exactly what destroyed SNGX, same EXACT deal with same exact "bank", if you'll even call LP a bank. Horrible, horrible news for longs here.
