I agree, but I probably haven't been here as long as you so I have more patience.

The main thing I see happening that is making sense is that COMAC has had multiple delays and now they appear to be getting closer with additional funding and a new facility. This just happens to correspond with TPAC's increased activity in China after several years of preparation (include the lengthy NAVAIR cert process). I think this is what makes TPAC look like they are also on the cusp of "getting something done."
