I've been on this board since early April (followed JBEM from ONCS - thank you, JBEM!!!) but I don't post here very often. For those who may remember, I was one of those who was against a RS and really didn't expect the CEO to execute one anytime soon. As I said then, I've been through many RS's and they usually result in shorts driving the price down. However I failed to qualify my comments, because they can be successful if their purpose is to uplist and (VERY IMPORTANTLY) they're followed by a positive catalyst, unlike RS's that are executed for the sole purpose of dilution. With that said, given the reason for this RS and feeling very good about Nov 7, I think the CEO did the right thing for the shareholders. Yes, the price is being pushed down by the shorts, but that would have happened anyway given the lull in news.
I hear the constant bantering from the shorts on this board bragging about their "profits", but if you notice, they sound VERY insecure. I would be, too, if I knew that there was no limit to how much I could lose if only one of the very many near-term catalysts popped up during the day, or after the closing bell when I still hadn't covered. As a long-term, I'm very heavily invested in this stock (not as much as Raja, but not far from it), and I sleep VERY WELL at night. How much sleep do you think the shorts get every night? Probably not much. There are only two more weeks or LESS to play with this stock, but as longs, we have NO end date on the horizon. The shorts need to cover before Nov 6 at 4:00pm (and probably sooner) and we can take advantage of these dips to add to our portfolios. I added twice last week and again today, and I'm not talking about small lots. And I will be sleeping well this weekend. My suggestion to you longs is to ignore the silly posts by the shorts, who are probably overdosing on anti-anxiety pills, and just relax - pop some popcorn and enjoy the show over the next 2-3 weeks. And that smell of bacon sizzling in the background, it won't be bacon - it'll be the shorts (as the pigs get slaughtered.)
