z...guys, anyone ever see a subpenny with Phase II Clincial Stage completed and FDA cleared with great results before? serious question here...cause VPRO is merging in with a comoany that has a Phase II done and in the books and has a Phase III (which takes many years and resources to get to) that they want to redo of their lead and novel therapy for the FDA.
Most of the time any Phase fails the company tries again....but this is the always lucrative Phase III we are talking about......we see Biotechs on Naz all the time that are always in these Phase trials, with no products on the market yet -- yet the stock markets valuation of them is ....well the highest multiples out there.
So you get Company WXYZ that has several Phase trials going on...say a Phase I, a couple Phase II's and sometimes a Phase III which is more rare to make it this far. Anyways we see this all the time: its market cap is still like $85 million or even $205 million etc.
Meaning that even at ten cents and an OS of 1 billion, VPRO with the merge in, would be still only $10 million.
It will be inyeresting to see IF some Naz Biotech money fnds this ticker VPRO.today eod and Monday after weekend awareness and dd. ....the open Monday could be huge....lets see how this trades and dips today and ends up. So far it had a nice consolidation around .0042 to drop off anyone wanting to sell initial below .0025 shares.
The good news in regards to this ticker and trading though, is there hasnt been mich volume before this huge news.....so todays volume may have already absorbed most of these shares.
