The Company believes it is challenging the competition by providing a unique quality product and service at a competitive price. The Company believes its has a competitive advantage by virtue of its proprietary ceramic formulations and manufacturing processes."

CTKH is not really cutting down R&D costs. Look:

"In fiscal year 2004, the Company spent approximately $350,000 on research and development. In fiscal year 2005, the Company spent approximately $300,000 on research and development."
