I do agree with that statement because it's pretty much maybe a 20% chance that they raise rates in the eyes of the market which will probably have little effect on stock prices. it could increase volatility so I don't know if maybe dust calls would be a good play or not. i've been eyeing that 204.50 number on spy all week long and I still think somehow we get there.
