Thing is, if Google wants to duke it out in court, which they probably will, we won't know the deal till mid/end Dec or January.

But, if Google has any doubts, they'll want the details sealed and will settle SOON.

MAXD is accusing them of taunting them after intentionally stealing trade secrets..if this is true, it would be extremely damaging to googles reputation. So IMO, if they had any doubts about winning the case, they will most definitely be offering a settlement .
