p-value , significance of course always matters to the FDA. But as I described in the Seeking Alpha article I wrote , which I linked in another thread below:

Shows that Anavex drug displayed efficacy 4 times greater than the current standard of care for Alzheimer's -- donepezil which is marketed by Eisai Inc.

To me that's quite remarkable
