I am one who plays penny stocks once in a while and ended up with a small dividend which shocked the heck out of me to receive. Since I have etrade, they locked it up so it is just sitting in my account. I wish though that a final judgment would happen so that either the money is removed (which I am fine with) or that it has been determined that I keep it.
When do you think we will know what is going to happen. You probably said it in past posts, but there are so many to go through.
