The Out Standing Shares will not be 1 billion, all MFST did was expand the market cap to 1 billion, the out standing shares is still around 30 million!! It is necessary for a company like MFST to expand its market cap that much to grow and a build the company especially for being public for almost more than 4 years they need to do that for purchasing other companies, raising money with restrictions and so on! Just waiting on the FDA approval and MFST to have an amazing 2016$$
