P v K (if I have the right initials)

One had a much higher "par" or "face"
From the math that you laid out

And the end result that you bunched the P and the K into one 3.02 dollar amount (non differentiated)

I would assume or believe that the math etc. has ALREADY taking into the consideration of par or face of K and P - via the number of "markers" we hold and each preferred equity share marker is getting the same dollar

I am being very dull on purpose to make sure I understand

100 million if we are lucky (IMO IMO) is 3 bucks a marker

Others have done it - but now I am paying more attention
