It's the BOD responsibility to grow and promote the company, neither of which they are doing. The year long PPS is totally stagnant. Performance on the NASDAQ has been horrible with only several green days with the
PPS often changing in units of a tenth of a penny. A net loss in PPS since mid 2014. KKR could have sealed the latest acquisition attempt but they don't own any shares, so why should they? They should have been our Wells Fargo.
The whole arrangement has not benefited our shell so far. Wall Street sees no reason to invest. No one is concerned how low the PPS falls besides for us, for they compensated themselves royally no matter what happens. Yet they won't get voted out. Despite the travesty of results we are left in the dark.
