I'm not the Judge who said after closed session that it wasn't that necessary to do so ... what is your guess?
I'm always thinking that Judge takes care for unnecessary costs.

Third option - From Judge view it was overacted to have filing under seal because POR seems so advanced that there is no danger anymore by ... mysterious competitors ... missing revenues ...
