the new financing should make it easier for people to buy and hence rush to upgrade to our products

Interestingly many initial customers are from 2009 (Wegmans, etc) and so they should be champing at the bit to get the newer units installed and maybe upgrade to genCare for the statistics it provides

Others like ACE are due to complete their 12 month trials. The FedEx airport although a 24 month trial could report sufficiently that other airports start trials as well.

as more of the older customers upgrade (product life cycle is usually 7 years for these purchases) then reliability numbers go up and service costs down as well.

you are right the detail numbers do show interesting changes in the company profile which some of the SA articles try to identify and discuss
