Thanks Uk, however, I was more interested in capital...

improvements and expenditures by outside co's via financing through our new facility due to the low (currently) interest rate environment & the threat of higher rates coming soon.

Can't hurt I guess, but I'm looking for a rush to upgrade to our products.
