Question Re: Post It Notes

I know some people are saying the only thing that matters is prior art, but can anyone please elaborate how or why the post it notes are not a big deal? Yes, they may have been circumstantial but I think having them as evidence would certainly bolster the case for MaxSound.

For those with knowledge of patent IP law, how does the fact that post its are not admissible change the legal strategy, if at all?
