I can't say I disagree with any part of your post. It's all true and has merit. It's more a matter of as an investor, what can you do, how do you want to approach these points. I could honestly care less about the alleged Pete/Troy "scandal". He bought a ton of shares and supports the company I'm invested in and wanted a Motoped at cost for his troubles. To me I say big freaking whoopdie do!! I could care less. At all. Makes no difference in any outcome here. There is a 1% chance it could lead to pressure on Troy to resign. I would love this, but doubt it would happen. My view on paying to file 2014 and the first 3Q's of 2015 are why bother. It costs money you can't afford to spend with zero benefit. Do they need to come current at some point? Yep. I assume at the conclusion of the IR court case heading into 1st Q 2016 we may see fins and PR's? But who knows. May continue to see the sh!t show this has been too. What I do know is that MTVX is selling their $3000+ bikes. Christmas is around the corner where big ticket items like these heat up. 10,000 bikes is $32,000,000 in revs. Is that a lot of bikes? Hell yes. Is there a magical power stoping that many from being sold? No, no there isn't. Would $32,000,000 in revs change the landscape here? Ummmmm yes it would. Could Troy eff the entire thing up??? Yes, yes he could. So I hold my shares, not that I could do a damn thing with them, and wait. MTVX needs to spend all of its resources cutting down those damn delivery times. 45 days is too long. People are still paying cash upfront. But they would be even more of an impulse buy if it were a week turnaround. Click, buy, ship. $$$$$$$$ repeat.
