If you really think about it, on the one hand Convey seems struck with terror over the aforementioned incident while simultaneously dismissing if not playing chicken with the SEC who has already sanctioned him once, has the eye's and ear's titillated with the IR\Dragonchop situation and now is drawing the clock ever closer every day those filings are AWOL.
