They received over $700,000 from the Kansas lottery upfront for the 200 bikes. They make customers pay upfront for Motopeds. They obviously have money but choose not to pay it to an accountant to remind them they had a bad 2014. Pretty easy to understand. MTVX does not currently care about PPS right now. They have no more shares in the piggy bank. So the PPS is irrelevant to their daily operations. Spend money on faster delivery times and sales. Filings at this point are for hand wringing worry warts. We already know they were bad, why pay to prove it? Just keep selling the bikes it makes the worrying obsolete. On a side note, no I don't trust Troy to do the right thing with the money or the company. But if pics of containers full of Motopeds keep showing up all over the globe well........... At some point it's working out and a fin will be filed that we all like. IMO.
